The peculiarities of this machine are the removable tank with the oil drain positioned inside the bench and the small dimensions, which facilitate its installation on vans equipped as workshops for assistance on race tracks.
The sander has a speed range between 0 and 980 rpm. thanks to an electronic inverter that controls the main motor.
This allows you to have the most appropriate rotation speed depending on the diameter to be machined.
The expansion of the abrasives is increased with the central front handwheel while the SIDE LEVER allows the release of the expansion to facilitate the insertion and extraction of the cylinder from the spindle during processing.
The second handwheel allows you to vary the cutting pressure of the abrasives; the gravitational indicator of which it is composed allows you to display the pressure on a scale between 0 and 7.
The machine is completed by a refrigerant oil recovery tank with relative electric pump that can be operated from the control panel, an anti-rotation bar, two side splash guards, a filter positioned on the refrigerant oil delivery pipe (in the BASIC version) and a foldable lamp.
The engine is powered by 220 Volt Single Phase, therefore it can be operated with a normal petrol or diesel generator. Also available for 110 Volt, 60 Hz single-phase power supply.


Available versions - The LP4700 sander is available in TWO VERSIONS:

A) Base model (art. LP4700-BASE). Without bench. That is, with a pedal switch that controls the rotation of the spindle plus the SIDE LEVER for releasing the abrasive. The refrigerant oil tank with the electric pump is supplied separately with the relevant oil delivery and drain pipes. (see photo on page 2). In this version the machine is easily transportable.

B) with TWR390 bench (art. LP4700+TWR390). In this version the machine is installed on the special bench equipped with a mechanical pedal which effectively replaces the pedal switch and the side lever. In fact, pressing the pedal activates the rotation of the spindle and controls the opening of the abrasives.
The bench is designed to contain inside the extractable tank drain with the relative drain pipe, the delivery pipe and the power cable of the electric pump; in this way a space of 60 x 60 cm is sufficient to house the machine in the workshop or on the van.
